Very poor customer service. ..actually no customer service at all, blatant customer neglect, Amal quoted me over $7,000 in fees. Vehicle listed for $25,366 and Amal told me the ..actually no customer service at all, blatant customer neglect, Amal quoted me over $7,000 in fees. Vehicle listed for $25,366 and Amal told me the final price will be approximately $32,900 including fees, tax and tags. Every issue listed in the other reviews regarding pricing and poor customer service is correct. I sat for almost 2 hours with no other customer needing assistance. Noone tried to help, A picture of my license was taken, although I had not test drove the vehicle....my file sat on a desk and completely ignored for approximately 2 hours until I told Matt who was pleasant that I had to leave and that is when Amal took over and it was all downhill from there. I was flabbergasted when I was told they only take cash or cashier's check as their two forms of payment and Amal refused to give me back or confiscate the copies of my driver's license...he actually told me to come back in 30 days and he will shred it. More
Terrible dealership from the top down. They lie to their customers and will never contact you, even though you get a hold of them three times during a full day of working hours. They aren't giving me a call back or wanting to talk to me about this certain vehicle I see online because it isn't there anymore. I work for a dealership and can access the Carfax and Carfax has been updated to sold, even though they say vehicle is available. SCAMMERS! They won't be in business too much longer. If you have troubling credit do not use them, they will screw you over, making you think their isn't another way. Please please if you are going to purchase from them don't let them take advantage of you with nonsense fees. Dealerships that lie and deceive won't last long! More

We are a small Mom and Pop business and every dollar we loose or gain means a lot for our bottom line. This dealer Unique Auto Transport contracted us on November 26 2022 to transport a 2016 Mercedes Be loose or gain means a lot for our bottom line. This dealer Unique Auto Transport contracted us on November 26 2022 to transport a 2016 Mercedes Benz S class from Nicholasville, KY to Dumfries, VA for a contract fee of $500. Per the contract, we were to be paid by check upon Delievery. The date of this review is 12/30/22. We successfully completed the task on November 27, 2022, one day ahead of schedule. However there was no one available to pay us. Since then, all our efforts to get paid have been unsuccessful. The so-called Controller Jessica Hawley claims she has mailed 2 separate checks to us, none of which have arrived in the mail. We have texted her multiple times without any response. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered. We have spoken to just about any manager working there through multiple phone calls, specifically Reggie, Ray and Amal, but none of them have assisted us. My wife spoke to the General manager Reggie on 12/29/222; he stated he was going to get the same controller Jessica Hawley to call us in 15 minutes. She never called for 2 hours and 20 minutes until I decided to take matters into his own hands and reached back out the same manager Reggie He stated that he had spoken to my wife and business partner many times about this same issue. He asked for one day to contact the owner of the business to investigate. He was going to call me back latest be 1 pm on 12/30/22. The call never came so I follow up at 1.20 pm and he tells me that my call was well timed as he had just spoken to the owner who stated that a check had been mailed. I explained that the Check was never mailed and that what they needed to do was to contact their bank to cancel all checks and then issue payment by Zelle. Then Reggie tells me to stay on the phone so he could reach another person to resolve my issue. I hold for 10 minutes and and eventually hang up out of frustration and then recall. They tell me that Reggie was with a customer and doesn’t know when he will call me back. Obviously, our issue was not important to him. I call again and they transfer me to another manager who after about 15 minutes of holding, tells me the same controller was going to contact me. When I tried to explain to him that this person Jessica was to call me in 15 minutes but never did for 2 hours and 20 minutes, he got rude, argumentative, bickering and proceeded to cut the call. Now Jessica did call and stated she was going to call their bank, cancel the checks, get together with the managers and then figure out how to pay us. By this time, I have seen enough gamesmanship to know that they did not intend to pay so and I threaten to come after them and their deceitful business and individually through my lawyer. I think I’m going to have to just do that, as it’s obvious to me that they do not intend to pay me. To be continued. More

Asked this dealership a question about why they seemed to be reselling a vehicle that the carfax said they sold 2 months prior. I do not recommend dealing with these people, I'd be willing to bet money the car I was looking at was indeed too good to be true and was hiding significant issues, based on this behavior combined with the cheap price and seemingly low miles. I'm not even sure the name of the person who responded to me because the email signature was missing. More

Then, they tell people that the cars have been sold and try to get people to buy other cars. They made my wife and I drive for about an hour and half.. all of this happened during the same day. They called and texted us promising that the truck was available and convinced us to come look at the truck but as soon as my wife and I stepped foot on their place the car magically had been sold days before… yet, it’s still showing in their website as available… and it will probably stay there for a while more just to trick ppl to come…. This was a terrible experience. Terrible customer service and definitely not a trustworthy place at all to do any type of business... not when they start off lying to the consumers. More
