Customer Service I all but thought "Customer Service" was on the verge of extinction, and then I reconnected with Mike McDaniel for another lease on a Honda Civic. I I all but thought "Customer Service" was on the verge of extinction, and then I reconnected with Mike McDaniel for another lease on a Honda Civic. I was looking at a special being offered on the 2018 model. Mike spoke of the advantages of leasing the 2019 model, and convinced me to upgrade. All handled over the phone without having to make multiple trips to the dealership. I was looking for a white vehicle but settled on grey as there was not a white one in stock. Mike contacted me a few days later to advise that he was reviewing the inventory and came upon a white vehicle and said it would be no trouble to rewrite. Fast forward, I am now driving a 2019 white Honda Civic. Mike thank you for keeping the "Customer" in "Customer Service". More
