I am sorry to read of your experience at our dealership. We do try to provide clear pricing, such as by providing almost immediate pricing quotes in response to emails. Due to the frequent changes in incentives, sometimes several times in the same month, we do tend to provide a final price, rather than breaking out the various elements of the price. We do also strive to provide the best value and will beat any written offer from another dealer by $100 if we have the comparable vehicle in stock.
