I liked dealing with Mr. Barbieri; I was with him for a couple hours and he was extremely helpful and courteous. He really was not pushy or obnoxious as I've found most Sales Consultants to be. I have many friends who will no longer go to this dealer for service despite there not being another BMW dealer in the area. They have proven to not be trustworthy or reliable. I have had 3 issues with th for service despite there not being another BMW dealer in the area. They have proven to not be trustworthy or reliable. I have had 3 issues with them. The most recent happened yesterday. I had a leak in the tire and brought it in for them to fix. They told me the tire should not be fixed and since the tread was low that tire and the other rear tire needed to be replaced. The cost would be almost $700 for both tires. I took it to two other tire places. Both agreed the tread on both tires were fine and that only a patch should be done at this time. More
Spoke to Eric in April who said he was the manager. He was very sketchy about what incentives Honda had and flat out lied that there weren't any. I found out there was a large incentive. Every dealer who has any interest in actually selling a vehicle passes it on to the customer. I was insulted that he would think that I am too dumb to figure it existed. I talked to another dealership and they openly told me the amount of the dealer cash and gave me a price thousands less before any haggling. I met with Denzel and he had no clue there were even incentives. What kind of salesman does not know the incentives that Honda is offering? I happily bought an accord from another dealership later. Today unfortunately I lost my key to my Honda Accord. I called your Parts Dept. and they informed me of what I had to do to get a new key. When I arrived at your Parts Dept. they cut a unprogrammed key to called your Parts Dept. and they informed me of what I had to do to get a new key. When I arrived at your Parts Dept. they cut a unprogrammed key to my car and Informed me to bring my car back before 6pm and they would program my key. Well I left & returned to your location at 5:45pm & the door to your Part Dept was locked. So I had to use your Service Dept door. There was 2 men standing at the desk one man said to me "we always lock the parts door early". When I got back to the Parts Dept the guy working back there stated that it wasn't his job to program keys to take it back over to Service Dept. I stated to him that Cody told me to bring my key back to the Parts Dept. I then took my key over to your Service Dept were a John O'Conner was rude stating he can't program keys & that your Tech left at 4:30pm. I asked why is the Service & Parts Dept open till 6pm if you can't service my car. John O'Conner stated that it was for customer dropping off cars only. He told me to bring my car back tomorrow & someone can help me then. He showed no empathy when he was that I towed my car in with a tow dolly & a Uhaul truck. I explained to him that I must be to work by 7am. He just keep saying it was nothing he could do. I then ask if my programming fee would be waved because your Tech left early & your Parts Dept told me I would be help just to get here before closing 6pm. John O'Conner refused to give me the Managers name he just keep saying come back in the morning. When I ask him for his name he didn't bother to tell me he just said here's my card. I had to ask him to put me on the Schudle for service in the morning he didn't bother to offer add me as an appointment. Why do you stated on your door and Web site & by phone your Parts & Service Dept is open till 6pm..1 your Parts Dept door is locked & 2 you don't have the proper staff on Site to service your customers..I need answers why the couldnt soneone help me why. I was just thinking of trading in my Pilot for the Crosstour. After this I started looking into GMC & there On Star system looks like they will cut & program my key & bring it to me without all this hassle & just plan BAD customer service. I will make sure to tell my friends & family never to cone to the Wilmington Honda for sale or service especially service cause you will get no help. If any on cares please contact me by email. I really do except to hear anything. I doubt you even look at what your customers say. P.S I still LOVE MY HONDA More
Price was very competitive. Matt does a great job at explaining the vehicle and the programs that are available. One negative, he does not return phone calls. We will absolutely purchase our next vehicle from Union Park BMW and have recommended this dealership. We live in New Jersey and there are two other BMW dealerships in our area, but we prefer to deal with Union Park in Delaware. Great job Mr. Ursomarso!! More
Just bought a 2012 CRV EX from these guys. Their documentation charge was so nominal in comparison to the rest of the dealers around. And they were ready to price match the best deal I found around the NJ/PA area. I live in PA, about 20 miles north of Wilmington DE, so it was not a bad deal to have. I was slightly dissatisfied with the financing that they got for me, even though I have a pretty good credit score. But that had more to do with the industry-option score that dealers usually pull, instead of the regular one. But as far as the pricing was concerned, I am very glad with the deal I got. And Mike McDaniel is one of the best salesmen in the world. Not pushy, but very helpful in answering any and every question I had. The fact that he seems to be doing this job out of a hobby seems to be the likely reason why he is not as aggressive as car salesmen usually are. Eric was very cordial too with the financing aspect, though I wish he could have explained my loan terms a bit more - stuff like how soon I can refinance my car with a credit union and lower my interest rate rather significantly. Not everyone does that, but with a dealership that was this good overall, I would have expected just that little bit more. Overall, though, highly recommended dealership. Ask for Mike, very genuine salesman. More

Battery was replaced under (warranty) and a part replaced. I am now a satisfied customer! Last review; The car won't start. I called AAA to jump start and took it to dealer a night before appointment to have them start work in the morning. They kept my car for 2 days and keep on providing me with conflicting information. Initially they told me that they need to replace the battery and need to keep the car for an extra day. After making several calls, service manager informed me that the car will be ready in the evening. Then another service person called and told me that they need to keep the car for an extra day but then agreed to put an extra technician to get it ready. When I went to pick up the vehicle, IT WON'T START!!! VERY RUDE service advisor advised to me to have it jump start or leave the vehicle. Problem is still not resolved because now they want some other part to be replaced!!! More
Our BMW broke down on our trip from New York to Florida. This dealer was the closest one for repairs. By 10:30 AM the next day, they had replaced the alternator and battery and got us on our way. They helped reload the auto and assisted with directions. We could not ask for better service and professionalism. They were very friendly and helpful. If you had to break down, these people were the ones to help you. More

This dealership is simply a nightmare. Not only it is customer-unfriendly, but it does very poor quality work. The front lights on my car had to be replaced multiple times for unknown reasons. One time I took my car for one of these lights to be replaced and after I get into my car, the screen was still saying that there is something wrong with it so I had to take it back again!! Getting a loaner is a process by itself and you have to beg for it and wait for 6-8 weeks to be available. They messed my front light just because they did not put back everything as it is supposed to and then they came back and blamed it on me!!! and refused to cover it under warranty.. I warn any customer about this car shop. Be prepared to be treated badly and getting your car in a worse shape compared to when you started. Oh and the manager.. She is a piece of work. You will find out when you get to deal with her!!! More
