He spent hours of his own time walking me through the cars I looked at step by step and made sure the purchase wasn't rushed or impersonal. Andrew's knowledge of autos is incredible. After browsing every make and model online, reading reviews, and visiting dealerships, I set my heart on the GMC Denali in Carbon Black and Andrew located one for me. I received more information from him than I had in all of my online and dealership research. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. He made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, and there was not one point where I felt pressured in any direction by him. I was indecisive about leasing or buying, and Andrew was incredibly patient. He made the process easy and painless and gave me his number to call if I had any other questions. I can't tell you how excited I am with my decision to purchase my first GMC with Matt. I am so thrilled with this car and will not hesitate for a second to go back to Andrew. worst car buying experience ever. I was left waiting for over an hour more than once. Paid full price (cash). Didn't get to inspect the car before purchase as it was (according to the sales manager) still b over an hour more than once. Paid full price (cash). A day later the car was acting up.... traction control, ABS and no AWD lights on dash. had to go to service at a few days of ownership. When I contacted the owner, all he offered was a detail. I had to locate the car for the sales manager.which included an additional trip to the dealership since I could not get a call back ever. Do yourself a facor and never leave them a deposit and expect them to get you a car. all they did was "name drop " and expect me to be imperssed. Very frustrating and discouraging experience.Disgusted by it all.... on the up-side, the service dept. is wonderful More

I brought my 2006 BMW to Union Park to repair an oil leak. Union Park BMW service checked the problem and recommended the repair that was done in September. When my oil light came on again in six months, I had it checked and was stunned to be told that the problem I thought Union Park had fixed in September was still a problem today. I returned to the Union Park BMW service department and spoke to Anthony Dorazio. His response was "oil leaks happen". I did not agree, especially after so recently paying Union Park BMW to fix the problem. I reached out to the Service Manager Christine O' Connor with questions about the thoroughness of the diagnosis and September repair. I also asked about using a dye to find out why the car continued to leak oil and Ms. O'Connor said very clearly that "there is no need to because we can see the sources of an oil leak". Over the next two weeks I returned my car twice to Union Park BMW and had to find my own alternative transportation each time because I was beyond the courtesy shuttle limits and was told there were no loaner cars available. Union Park service ended up using a dye as I recommended and Pete Rotteveel offered service that would cost an additional $1,600. I refused. This type of oil leak is not something that would have just come up in the last six months, nor is it a problem that should have to be repaired every six months. Their work is sloppy and they did not perform a thorough inspection and diagnosis back in September. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality service. I bought my BMW new from Union Park and had been a customer for many years for service on my other BMW cars. I had also recommended other people who purchased new BMW cars on my high recommendation. Union Park BMW did not value me as a customer and I no longer value Union Park BMW. More
