My family arrived 30 mins prior to Union Park BMW closing on a Saturday evening. Buying a new luxury car was very intimidating to me until I had the privilege of working with Andrew Rogin at Union Park Volvo. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just honest Andrew going above and beyond what any salesperson has ever done for me in terms of making this very large purchase a smooth transaction. He was very patient with my indecisiveness (the XC60 or 90?) and after having previous conversations with a few Volvo "salespeople" via the internet, not only was I happy with my experience with Andrew, he taught me SO much that I actually had a great time researching SUVs! Side note: I drove the extra miles to work with Union Park and I'd do it again Even with all of my pre-dealership research--I wanted to be prepared- Andrew was able to answer all of our questions above and beyond any auto salesperson I've ever encountered.
