Competent and professional staff, easy leasing process Mike McDaniel was my sales rep. He was courteous and professional. He knew everything I asked him about my Honda. He even took his time (a long time!) cleaning up the car and wiping off fingerprints after I signed a lease. He also helped me arrange through my insurance company to change my policy over to cover the new car so when I left the dealership my car was already insured. He showed a lot of professionalism in going over everything for me. I wish I could remember his name but the financial manager was very good at explaining lease terms to me and providing clear instructions to signing a lease with showing me how much I will pay per month and how the process would go. Overall I was there for a little under 3 hours from looking at cars to driving off the lot. My only downgrade would be that, much as I love my new vehicle, I wish I had been shown a few more cars on the floor than I ended up seeing, especially since I at least wanted to learn more about a few Hondas which were affordable and had great gas mileage, even if I still probably would have chosen the vehicle I did. I like getting in and out quickly but cars are one of those things where you want to compare a few models before buying, though I know models are available for view on the website (which is well-maintained!). A great experience nonetheless-I would definitively come back to Union Park Honda for a future vehicle purchase or lease. More

The service difference is night and day. I called Union to get my car in due to a loud squealing noise. They couldn't get me in for TEN days. I can't drive the car like that, because I might damage it further. They could not have cared less. They advertise that when they do service the car, they do a safety check and top off the fluids. Twice my wiper fluid ran out within days after service--one time when I was driving in a snow storm, on a trip to Pittsburgh. What a dangerous condition they caused. The next time I asked them specifically to top off the washer fluid and again ran out days later. I have had my car detailed there and it came back with crumbs on the carpet. They do not go out of their way at all to help you when you have a service concern. I could list other examples, but it's too much to read. We've always had Japanese cars before this, and were spoiled with the service at Kirkwood Auto for the last twenty years; however, Kirkwood Auto doesn't service Volvos. Stillman provides loaner cars AT NO CHARGE, even though they have never made me wait 10 days for service. If they did require such a wait it wouldn't be an issue, because of the loaner car. In addition, Stillman washes and vacuums the car with every service. I will never buy a car again at Union Park, no matter how pleasant they are in the showroom. More

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony, who walked me over to the floor model 2014 Pilot (touring) which is exactly what I wanted. He showed me all the features of the Pilot, and easily answered all my questions. He then set me up with Mike McDaniel who took me on the test drive. The drive is what sold me. Mike showed me a bunch of features before we even left the parking lot. And continued to show me all the technical features during the ride. I would highly recommend everyone at Union Park Honda.
