I called Joe and said that I would not come in as I had just gotten a very good deal on the phone from a dealership about an hour away. Joe said that was fine but we could still come in and talk. Best decision I made all day long. Joe was extremely nice and we had a deal in hand in a very short time, no arguing, no frustrations. Came within a $100 of the best offer, but it saved me the hour drive the next day. Once we had the deal in place we went for a late lunch at a local café and when we got back the car was nicely detailed. Joe then spent about an hour going over all of the features on the car and making sure that they were all set up to what we wanted. Joe never got tired of all of my questions no matter how silly they may have been. Micah was also very pleasant and professional when it came time to complete the financial part of the deal. I told him I did not want any extras and Micah did not pressure me at all. The whole time to do the paperwork took about 10 minutes and I had my new car. Overall it was an excellent experience at Union Park Honda. More

Two thumbs up I went to Union Park the last Sunday of March not sure if I really wanted to make a new car purchase. After walking through the lot on my own for a bi I went to Union Park the last Sunday of March not sure if I really wanted to make a new car purchase. After walking through the lot on my own for a bit I was then approached by George who turned out to be a fantastic salesman. No pressure and he was very accommodating. I received what I thought to be a fair price on a new 2015 Civic and have been extremely happy with the vehicle. I had a Civic 20 years ago just out of college and have been through a variety of vehicles since including a Lexus and a Land Rover but have circled back. The EX-L has been redesigned so beautifully that you really do have the feel of driving a luxury vehicle. Coupled with that the gas mileage is phenomenal as I'm averaging 34mpg and in just 8 weeks I have put 5000 miles on the car. You really can't go wrong with a Honda and I highly recommend Union Park and definitely George! More
True Gentlemen! My 2012 XC60 lease from Volvo Union Park was expiring in May 2015 and I decided that I wanted to take a break from Volvo (this was my 2nd Volvo). I h My 2012 XC60 lease from Volvo Union Park was expiring in May 2015 and I decided that I wanted to take a break from Volvo (this was my 2nd Volvo). I had my heart set on a BMW X1. I was concerned about how to handle the end of lease "turn in" and the equity I had left in my XC60. Mike and Micah were extremely helpful getting all the paperwork settled with the bank. I was able to sell Volvo Union Park my XC60 at a very good price and take the equity with me. A win-win for both but I truly appreciated that these guys made it easy and helped me keep my $$$ that was invested without having to organize selling it myself. Of course they would have loved to get me back in another Volvo but they were true gentlemen and did not push when they knew my mind was already set. I will definitely visit these guys when it is time to replace the BMW! More

Condescending Assistant Service Manager - George First let me start off by stating that I own a 2007 525xi with over 264k miles. I am not new to BMW service and the car has only been maintained by B First let me start off by stating that I own a 2007 525xi with over 264k miles. I am not new to BMW service and the car has only been maintained by BMW. I went to this BMW location because I needed to add coolant to the car and was told by two separate locations that I can easily stop at any location and get the coolant capped off - no problem. Well, this is my 2nd visit to this location and I will NEVER return. The Assistant Service Manager - G. Shaer is very condescending and appears to exhibit behavior that it is a privilege to be in his presence. I stopped by @ 7 a.m. and he recommended that I go to an auto shop to purchase coolant (well you cannot do that since they don't sell BMW supplies), the Parts department did not open up until 8 a.m. so he recommended that I have a seat, purchase coolant from the Parts department at which point they would have no issue topping it off. This guy has a negative demeanor about him, even checked my car and indicated to me that I needed maintenance (of which I am very aware of and have an appointment scheduled to do so somewhere else in Delaware). Bottom line, I read negative reviews about this place before my visit but had to experience it myself. Please note with over 264K miles that I have frequented many shops in Flemington, Union, Morristown and Main Line in PA and all have been pleasurable experiences. Interesting enough (while I waited) I placed a call to the Main Line location and the lovely receptionist – Linda, told me to come right in. Upon my arrival, they capped the coolant (without requiring that I purchase it from the Parts department) and within 20 minutes I was on my way to work. Bottom line - I made my service appointment an hour away from my home and refuse to service my car at this location even if it breaks down in the area. The irony of my experience is that it’s a BMW dealer and I know through regular maintenance of my car by several other locations that the service here is reprehensible. I would suggest that management connect with the Flemington BMW service department in New Jersey as they are phenomenal and can probably transfer some of their knowledge and how to treat a customer!
