I was informed that my rotors were warped, and normally they just cut the rotors, I wished them to be replaced. As a goodwill gesture from Ron Resigno, they were replaced. Thanks so much Ron! More
The Worst Dealership I Have Ever Come Across! The vehicle has had nothing but issues since the first day it left the lot. Certified pre-owned with 20,000 miles and a mere two years old. I have owned BMW's in the past and this has been a nightmare. It has not been certified. The issues are serious - including very bad brakes and electrical issues, They say they "fixed" the problems yet the problems still remain. We actually have to take them to court. Awful! Awful! Two of their employees agreed that they did not do right by us. Buyers definitely beware! More

I drove all the way from NJ to be greeted with such disrespectful treatment and told that l will not get a loaner car. I was told that this was coveted in my Warranty and was confirmed by Pete in service.. I was so hurt and disappointed..l bought this used car 6 months ago and already l am having problems with brakes..routers..caliber...service signals you name it. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior from an organization..George Shaer obviously need some customer service skills he neefs to be monitored and place on corrective action!!! I was told by the parts guy that it is ok to wait more than 15 minutes to be served..He didn't even apologize for the wait and told me he appreciate my patience instead he argued that he doesn't have a problem with me waiting. Smfff such bad taste in my mouth. More

Worst Dealership Experience Ever We were looking to trade in and purchase not one, but two vehicles! We were assigned Victor, but he was busy. Another sales rep helped us. Victor was trying to fix other mistakes he made in promising a vehicle to someone that doesn't exist. So he never met with us. When we got to financing, his name was all over everything. Not sure how that's fair. We ended up leaving without a vehicle and thought we would come back. We were underwater, so we paid down our loans and increased our credit scores. When we tried to go back, Anthony (in Credit) was confident we could work something out. He again told me Victor would contact me. It took Victor 5 days to reply back to me about getting something worked out. When he did finally write back to me, it was a blank form email with nothing filled in. He was asking if we knew what we wanted so he knows our style. This should have all been ready - they all knew the exact vehicles we wanted. Finally, we went to Martin Honda and had a wonderful experience. We have the vehicles our of dreams and will never go back to Union Park. We did try to email management about the situation. It's been a month and we've heard nothing. I take that to mean they don't care about you unless you have purchased something from them. Which we won't. I don't recommend you do either. More

Completely unwilling to answer questions about what options were available on what models, and when asked if it was possible to trade for or order a car that wasn't available on their lot (as they didn't have any high trim Civics at the time) I was informed that "they do not do that". I left without any information and feeling like they would rather not do business with me. I highly recommend buying a Honda, just pick one of the other much more competent dealers in the local area. A quick phone call to Martin Honda in Newark and we had exactly the car we wanted lined up with no hassle and no belittling comments. More
A+ BMW service from Union Park BMW Our X5 was overheating while traveling from MD to NY on I-95. A google search for nearby BMW service centers led us to Union Park in Wilmington, DE. We've never been in the area and knew nothing of the business. We left the car in a mostly deserted parking lot on a Sunday afternoon hoping it would be found safely the next day. Monday morning, George Shaer called and made all our fears go away. He was excellent. George and I spoke a number of times throughout the next couple of days. He was prompt, thorough, researched my car's history, performed other routine maintenance it was scheduled to receive and was so professional. I can't say enough about the excellent assistance provided by George. I told him, since we aren't from the area, we would most likely not be repeat customers, his response was that he tries to take great care of all his customers. That he did! More
