Henry Sibernagel was very accommodating, he listen to our concerns and matched us in the perfect vehicle, never did we feel pressured or pushed into something that didn't fit our needs and budget. Phenomenal job!!! I'd also like to recognize Micah Molin their sales manager. He was able to get us reasonable financing even though our credit was far from perfect. He also set up for us to take delivery of the vehicle one day early on a day Henry was off. We purchased a preowned vehicle and he bent over backwards to make sure the car was in pristine condition upon delivery. I've found a new home for all of my future Volvo purchases. Well Done Union Park Volvo !!!! More

Awful, Awful Experience- Stay Away I recently had a bad experience...I was ready to purchase a vehicle and the offer was absolutely awful! Their offer was 3K over sticker price. Even af I recently had a bad experience...I was ready to purchase a vehicle and the offer was absolutely awful! Their offer was 3K over sticker price. Even after that awful deal, what really got me was the sales manager/representative saying "if we find 10K we'll call you". They were rude and condescending! I was not asking for 10K off of sticker, but rather fair and competitive price. A few peers recommended Mercedes Benz, which is where a went and bought. I will be sure to tell everyone at work/family/friends NOT to go to Union Park. AWFUL, AWFUL experience! More

Bad Customer Service and Not Nice Takata Recall (15V-370), After bringing my vehicle into Honda for the Takata Recall the SRS light came on. Since it was not part of the recall I did n Takata Recall (15V-370), After bringing my vehicle into Honda for the Takata Recall the SRS light came on. Since it was not part of the recall I did not contact them figuring that it would not be covered. However, I have seen numerous complaints about the same thing happening to others online. It also happened to a friend of mine and Honda covered it so I called and was told it would not be covered it must be a coincidence and certainly not from a defect or improper work. I find it very odd that the light came on right after the work on the recall. I had doubts about brining it in and should not have done it. They say it is probably related to a sensor, which I have gathered could have been from improper work. My next car will be a Toyota after being loyal to Honda for decades. More
