I left Voice mail about clarification on vehicle documentation which was not replied to. An email afterward asking for a change in mailing was agreed to but wasn't followed through (despite calls and emails). Sales experience was fair. Particular finance POC ill-equipped to be in sales, customer service workplace. Considered walking away from the car deal, had I not sunk half a day into the process. More

Hassle & Stress Free Buying Experience Due to my work schedule i don't have the time to spend hours at the dealership haggling over a vehicle's price and other options I don't need. So I decided to contact the dealership via email through their website which I included a couple of vehicles I was interested in. Unfortunately by the time i arrived they were sold. I didn't request to hold them as I wasn't sure the direction i wanted to go. The last 2 CRV's I had were from a different dealership, I had a good experience with them but choose Union Park Honda because it was a much closer drive from my home. I have been bringing my last 2 CRVs to this dealership since 2012 and was treated well and honest. There are plenty of deals out there from competitors that have similar size SUV offering attractive deals, some of them kinda look like the CRV, but the bottom line it's not a Honda CRV! When I arrived I met Mike McDaniels, pleasant and accommodating. I explained what model and options i was interested. Mike had plenty in stock so once he found one that closely match he worked up the numbers. Mike had a good idea from the beginning as we were exchanging emails over the last couple of days. Mike took the time to listen and understand my needs. I explained I wasn't interested in extended warranties or dealer options. After all it's a Honda! I never feel pressured, or had the manager try selling me extended warranties or other dealer options. The entire process went smooth and stress free. I don't believe in all the years I have leased and/or purchased had a pleasant experience like this one. i'm extremely happy with my CRV, much roomier, quiet, better acceleration and ride from the previous CRV I had. Equally important was Mike McDaniels knowledge and personalize service going over the vehicle was greatly appreciated. I will recommend all my friends and family to contact Mike McDaniels. More

Quick and Easy Mike, my salesman, was no-nonsense when it counted and very helpful when needed. The negotiation process was quick and simple. I didn't get the deal I wanted the first day, but when they were able to make it he contacted me that day. Aside from test driving, the entire decision was made in about 15 minutes total. The financing department had the coolest tech gadgets for signing paperwork, and they didn't stray a penny from what Mike and I discussed. And best of all, the ONLY people I had to interact with were the salesman and the finance woman - no managers pressuring, no "I have to check with so-and-so", and no leaving you sitting there waiting for nonsense. I looked at many many other brands and this was the only pleasant shopping experience I had. Very impressive. More

When I got to the dealership, I was greeted politely and went through the purchase easily. No pushing to make a purchase. When I decided which auto I wanted, they helped me contact my insurance company. Michael McDaniel was so helpful. He helped me understand all the new CRV controls, which were different than my 1998 CRV. Michael told me to stop back and see him with any questions. He also suggested I stop back if I get a new phone so it can be hooked up in my car. I still have an old flip phone. Did I mention I'm 71 and I love my old phone almost as much as I loved my old Honda. More
