Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, as well as my passenger side door handle not working. I was told that the door handle did not have any broken parts, but that it just had to be lubed. I've been looking for a car for my wife for a few days, first I bought a new truck for my work and I'm going to give my old truck in exchange, a truck that was all working. I went to kia union county for the first time and the attendant valued my truck at $7500, I went to another dealer and they valued it at $9000, I talked to the Kia Union county attendant if they could pay a better value, he said I should come back with my wife to do a test drive in a Kia Carnival and that he would talk to his manager about paying a little more. I returned today on 07/03 with my family in my truck that was working perfectly, when the attendant asked for the key to my truck and without my authorization they drove it, when he returned he said he could only pay $4500 for it, I didn't even continue to conversation because it was an absurd proposal, I took my truck to go to the dealer who would pay the $9000, when I started my truck I already heard a strange noise, when I went out on the street I saw that it was not in conditions of use, it was damaged . They damaged my truck I don't know how, but I came back right away because I didn't have the possibility to drive it that way and also because it was all working fine. I called the manager who didn't do anything for me and he called the Kia union county general manager, he said it wasn't his problem if my truck had a problem and that he wouldn't do anything, but his employee assumed that when I was driving without my permission he heard a loud noise and i have recorded it but even so they said they wouldn't do anything, i called the police who told me to appeal with a lawyer and report it, all this in front of Kia union county, a few minutes passed and the general manager came back and said that he could pay $7000 for my truck if I wanted to, that is, once again assuming the error. But how so? I have a better proposal! and now? who will pay for the damage to my truck? I've always done preventive maintenance on it and recently spent $4000! and now? I need answers! More
