The service dept rotated my tires and didn’t secure the under cover and it was dragging the ground. When I noticed and called the dealership to advise, the receptionist was very rude. I was inconvenience under cover and it was dragging the ground. When I noticed and called the dealership to advise, the receptionist was very rude. I was inconvenienced and had to return to the dealership to have it repaired and the service department acted as if they were doing me a favor! More
