Appointments apparently mean nothing and they also pad their scheduled maintenance with unnecessary items. No apparent concern when issues were raised. I normally have a get experience, but this one wasn't one. Too many mistakes. I asked them to check my tires which they told me were ok. Later I was told I would need 2 new tires (which I figured. I was actually thinking all 4) I came to get an oil change and brakes done. I have a front will drive and they changed the back wheels brakes. I was told everything was good only to sit there for hours to Raquel coming to me after the technician did a test drive and said my brakes are still making noise/scrubbing when you try to stop. This is after a bill of $1200. I didn't get upset or rude with anyone there but I said that I would be unable to pay another $500 for the front brakes today. I was very disappointed with all the confusion and miss information. That and leaving with the same issue as I came in with after waiting all that time. I definitely understand that people make mistakes, and things happen but I'm so use to the great customer service I usually get with Scott everytime I come. The technicians also left oil/black marks in the car. In her defense she did take 5% off for the inconvenience. Hopefully my next visit will be better. More
