Had to remind service technicians to do their jobs. This a routine inspection. We had to remind to add washer fluid and reset the computer for next appointment. Also they looked at battery but the frun This a routine inspection. We had to remind to add washer fluid and reset the computer for next appointment. Also they looked at battery but the frunk compartment was untouched. Just had the vehicle in 1 week prior with no issues with 12 volt battery during the next visit wanted to charge $79 for work on the battery. Again there was no evidence that the battery area in the frunk remained untouched. Frunk was still dusty with no prints More
