Tried to call manager but after a few voice mails on my end and his end he gave up. I foolishly listened to service rep and found out I should have had more info on the job. Also, at a different time I d end and his end he gave up. I foolishly listened to service rep and found out I should have had more info on the job. Also, at a different time I drove in with a bad battery and they couldn’t help me. Ended up having to call AAA. More
