I was disappointed when I returned to pick up my tag for my newly purchased car. I came in with the post card I had received and showed it to an employee at the front. All I received for them was directions to the cashier's office. The cashier never said a word to me, she snatched the card from my hand, looked at the name and threw it back on the counter. She begin to look in her drawer and found my tag, handed it to me and said "You're done." I feel that after you have made a purchase of this kind, the least that should happen is one of these two employees should have asked me how everything was going. Ask me if I was enjoying the car, ask me if I had any questions about anything, just at least acknowledge me. I did not see anyone that worked with me on the day I made the purchase, however, I believe both employees I saw and spoke with knew why I was there, so they knew I had recently made a purchase you think they could have at least acknowledged that. Maybe I'm asking for to much.
