Communication was very poor and I was told I needed a repair and once I justified why it should be covered by Kia suddenly I was told that I didn’t need the repair. I have a concern regarding the anti-theft system. My car was recently broken into. This anti-theft system to my understanding was supposed to prevent break in issues that were advertised on social m My car was recently broken into. If Kia cars are susceptible to theft, I am in fear that it will continue to be broken into and someone may take it and leave me stranded.
