Raquel has tried to be helpful and she is kind. I was sold a lemon of a car that is quite literally falling apart. My ac has had issues for months with the service department not being able to figu I was sold a lemon of a car that is quite literally falling apart. My ac has had issues for months with the service department not being able to figure it out, now they say it is resolved but I asked for photo proof and did not receive any. I also found my car with scratches deep into the paint and a paint chip from my car being backed into something while it was in for service without anyone coming forward about the accident. More
