I would just like to say that Jonathan Haynes and the whole Crossroad Kia Staff was amazing! Everyone was soooo nice and attentive. I bought a brand new 2013 Kia Optium fully loaded on 9/27/2013. I spoke to Taiwon prior to coming to Indian Trail and gave him all my information and my expectation and he had my car ready to test drive 9/27/2013. I did not get the run around he had his stuff together and was very knowledgeable. I gave him a hard time but he was laid back and knew his job. I had gone into to Kia just to talk and see if they could compare to the price i was quoted by another AND my mother also has purchased 2 Kia's. Has a Kia Soul and she loves it.. Christina put up with our haggling and was so very patient with us. Frank also helped us alot, was so helpful with showing us different payments, figures, breakdowns ect to best suite my needs as i refused to go over a certain payment. Christiane was extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful. I would for sure recommend Kia at Crossroads and definitely recommend Christiane . Came in to pick my Kia Soul up from being serviced for regular maintenance. Had been considering trading up, if it was feasible for my budget. Spoke to Chris about this before I paid my service bill, and figured we would check to see. Chris is the one that offered exceptional service to me when I bought my Soul back in 2011, so I definitely wanted her involved in this potential deal. I found the perfect Sorento, which happened to be a 2014, and fell in love. It all worked out, the transaction and trade in were smooth, and the overall time from looking at cars to getting through the paperwork was very limited-which was a blessing, since I didn't plan on being at the dealership all day long. And to top it off, at the end when Chris was showing me a few of the options in the car that were a little different from my 2011 Kia, another rep came out to the car and informed us that yet another rebate had just popped in their email. This allowed me to go back in, redo the contract which didn't take hardly any time at all, and lower my payments by just over another $10 a month! What other dealership and employees would go out of their way for a customer like that? I don't know, but I do know Crossroads is the only one who has EVER done that for me! Keep up the great work, and as of right now..........I am a Crossroads Kia customer for life! :-) More
As a single mom just returning back into the workforce after 2.5 years of not having a job, I was worried that I would be unable to purchase a car. I went on the Kia website and saw the car I want to buy. after 2.5 years of not having a job, I was worried that I would be unable to purchase a car. I went on the Kia website and saw the car I want to buy. On the site it asked if you wanted a Kia Representive to call you back and I responded with a "yes". Within 10 minutes Mr. Haynes called and the process began. I was really impressed by his hard work and determination to get me into the car that I wanted and not what "KIA" wanted. The transaction went very smoothly and that is the first time that has ever happen in a dealership. After I purchase the car I noticed a crack in the windshield, I called told Jon the problem he said to bring it back and will make sure it gets taken care of. I just want to say thank you for making this so easy for me. I wish you many more sales! More
