Mr. Cross was a excellent sale men, from the moment I walked into the Kia dealership, he dimastrated professionalism and was a perfect gentleman. Mr. Cross took time and talked with me and gave me his direct attention without being overly bearing nor persistent. He identify my personal needs,and concerns without me directly expressing them to him, which as a female customer purchasing a vehicle was very important to me. I was blown away on how meticulousness he was on satisfying me and making the Kia experience gratifying . Mr. Cross was also knowledgeable on the different opinions I had on the financial aspects too, which again to me is very important,when doing major business transactions. The diligence he dimastrated was outstanding. Last but not least I also would like to thank Mr.Chavis, on his knowledge on my refund?? ?? Ms. Hodges for getting me to Union County???? These guys tell outright lies. I visited this location to convert my lease to a purchase as KMFUSA financing said I had to visit a dealership. The moment I walked in the door, the I visited this location to convert my lease to a purchase as KMFUSA financing said I had to visit a dealership. The moment I walked in the door, they began trying to sell me a new car. Multiple members of their staff have called me attempting to get me to trade in my car. They are stating that the mileage on the lease wont allow me to purchase this vehicle and I need to pay the over-mile fee. This is a flat-out lie. Anytime you are purchasing a lease you trade the cash in the buyout amount for the title flat-out, no ifs and or but. Be weary of this dealer, I do not advise you go. They will circle you like sharks and tell you any lie they think you'll believe to make a sale. As a result I will also be finding a new service center. This location has lost my trust permanently. More
