I purchased a used GMC Denali XL from Kia of Monroe and received two free oil changes as part of the deal. When I brought my vehicle in for service, I requested a tire rotation along with the oil change. H received two free oil changes as part of the deal. When I brought my vehicle in for service, I requested a tire rotation along with the oil change. However, I was informed that they did not have the proper equipment to perform either service. Despite this, they proceeded with the oil change using a jack. After the service was completed, the staff advised me that in the future, I should take my vehicle to a GMC dealership. They also mentioned that the lifetime engine warranty I was told about at the time of purchase had more limitations than originally disclosed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and preparedness at this dealership. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or using the service department at Kia of Monroe. More

This is the second time I have had questionable service. Went in to get a new battery and it took 3 hrs and I was told it took so long because there was an issue with the connector on the battery being bro Went in to get a new battery and it took 3 hrs and I was told it took so long because there was an issue with the connector on the battery being broken. It was the original battery from the manufacturer and had been perfectly fine for 6.5yrs and they were saying I broke the part. That they could fix it but I would have to pay for it. I was told that somehow they managed to solder the part so thr connector wouldn't come lose. I was disappointed that they did not take responsibility and make it right. This is the second incident which did not sit well. I have been going to this establishment for over 5 yrs and on a percious oil change when I mentioned an engine light was on and the code said it was a gas cap issue, instead of them rechecked the code and suggesting a new gas cap I was to I needed a $200 diagnostic test. I declined, bought a gas cap from somewhere else and the engine light miraculously went off. Saving me $180. Previously I had not felt like I was trying to be upsold...to make a quota. Nor accused of breaking something that clearly was not an issue until they changed the battery. Also on pervious routine servicing I would receive a sheet stating the condition of my vehicle,ex. Tire wear, battery life etcetera, however on the past 2 visits I was not given this information which would have been helpful for my battery situation. More
