I am very unhappy. I went there to find out what was wrong with my ford fiesta. They called me and told me I owed them $435 dollars. For diagnostic fee and reprogrammin I went there to find out what was wrong with my ford fiesta. They called me and told me I owed them $435 dollars. For diagnostic fee and reprogramming my clutch. They said the car was doing much better. But I needed a clutch , mass air flow sensor and a catalytic converter. The total bill would be $4800 on top of the $435. So I asked why you would PROGRAM a CLUTCH that needed replaced. He didn’t have an answer for that one. And charge me $250 (by the way I never okayed them to repair anything) But why would you reprogram the CLUTCH that needed replaced to begin with. In 2 hrs. Of diagnostic testing would you not come up with that????? Just asking.. The car is driving the same or worse. It still changes gears hard. Hits a neutral in between 1st and second gears. The clutch has never slipped.Nevet I can floor it spin the tires and it doesn’t slip. It just hits a neutral in between just like it did when the TCM had to be replaced under warranty. When i stated this to the service writer he stated, well the clutch is not gone yet but that’s why the shudder in between gears sometimes. Also I have had it coded 3 times since I left there the only code that comes up is something that is sticking a sensor or module second gear. Wow that’s where it hits a neutral. No mass air flow sensor. And no catalytic converter. Also I will be checking the front and rear temp on that and find out for sure if it’s gone. So $2400 for a clutch that isn’t gone, and over $2000 for mass air flow sensor and a catalytic converter, Wow oh yea that is not coding either . I know for a fact a catalytic converter will code. I lived in California where we had to get a emissions inspection every 2 years. And I had catalytic converter on my Mercedes fail because it coded. So in a nut shell I spent $435 for what my car that is just as bad as when I went there and everything he claimed is wrong Well!!!!! So should I be refunded for the work at least that I never okayed at the very least. So what do you think??? More
