Awesome Service Department and customer service I was in the area visiting my niece who was graduating college at UT Martin. My car started running funny and would barely start. I called three different Ford dealerships who all told me they couldn’t get me in for at least three days to a week. I called Taylor Ford Lincoln in Union City and spoke to Kevin. I told him my circumstances and he told me to get it towed there and he would look at it. I had my car back the next day and it was all fixed. I really appreciated the fact that I wasn’t taken advantage of and the price of the repair was reasonable. If I lived anywhere near Union City I would definitely choose Taylor Ford. More
