Underriner Honda in Billings MT is the absolute worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. The service department is extremely rude and shady. I was scamed by Underriner Honda. I will never use Underriner Honda for service again. I when in for a oil change and it ended up costing me $1378.12. They advice me that I needed a I will never use Underriner Honda for service again. I when in for a oil change and it ended up costing me $1378.12. They advice me that I needed a timing belt and a new water pump. The scam worked and stupid me I fell for it. I only have 28,220 miles on my Honda ridgeline and my owner's manual shows it should be changed by 60,000 Miles. I will never buy another car from them or use their service. BIG RIPOFF. More

They were very courteous and they went way to get us taken care of. They even washed our car which was a surprise and since it was our first visit since we bought the car, the service charge was free. We plan on having our car service there all the time. More
