The routine oil/filter/tire rotation service took much longer than expected, due to Andrews discovering a leaky oil pan gasket. I’m generally happy with the service I receive. , however, there was a mistake recently when I needed to replace one of my rear view side mirror covers. I was told that the part was in and I arrive , however, there was a mistake recently when I needed to replace one of my rear view side mirror covers. I was told that the part was in and I arrived for my scheduled service. Once there I was told that the part wasn’t in and had to wait another week for the replacement. I feel that someone should be checking to make sure that customers don’t arrive if the parts aren’t in. This in no way reflects on the service desk staff and on how they treat me. More
