They let me know what the car might need in the coming months, and what they're monitoring that might eventually need work. They take me home and pick me up in their courtesy vehicle, if I'm unable to stay for the work. And, they treat me with courtesy of a high level. I could not feel safer nor happier with a service department than I am with Andrew Toyota. More

Instead of coming over to me, I was called over. not the most welcoming of starts, especially since I think all the service desks were staffed and only 1 or 2 customers present (thus the lack of customer cars waiting). I waited in the area and noticed that my name/car was not on the list of vehicles being "serviced". I made the gentleman at the cashier's desk aware of this and he assured me that he's look into it - my confidence level wasn't high that anything would be done. However the most disappointing part of my visit was when it came time to pay the lady cashier. Very little to almost zero eye contact. = was I simply another person to process! I found it most disrespectful that she answered the phone whilst "processing" me ... this is NOT acceptable. You either take care of me or take care of someone else ... this is not a war zone or an ER = everyone can wait their turn. This may seem inconsequential, however the fact that I bothered to pick up one of your flyers and come to this website demonstrates the depth of my feelings ... if Andrew's is going to be so laissez faire about my custom then I'll return the favour and buy our next vehicle from another my interested dealer ... btw we bought the car I was having serviced from Andrew's (approx Oct 2014). More
Timely, informative, caring service It has always been easy to get an appointment. Often my car is ready before predicted and they inform me of future need. I leave with a washed vehicle and a bag of chocolate cookies saying thanks for coming here. Everyone is friendly even when busy. The sales person who sold me my car four years ago always asks how me and my family are doing. More

My Review I am treated with respect at Andrew. When I had a question on how something worked on my 2017 Sienna, I could simply drive in and one of the technic I am treated with respect at Andrew. When I came in for the 5000 mile check, I was told exactly what was being done and why. Courtesy is foremost. Dave Kocol was a great salesman, too. It is also nice to have them close and nearby for us! More
