Mike Schmidt handled my service in A1 form, and he also listened to my complaints that there were too many reminders of the service appointment on all of my devices. Also that I was still receiving srervice offers for my previous 2010 Avalon which (which according to my insurance was totalled, but this makes me wonder). The service was very good and completed in the time indicated. Also, DuaneDomagalski always inquires whether everything is to my satisfaction. I appreciate it very much. More

pleasantly surprised My last car lasted 17 years. At the time I bought the car new from a Milwaukee area dealer. I told the sales manager " I was not sold a car, I was s My last car lasted 17 years. At the time I bought the car new from a Milwaukee area dealer. I told the sales manager " I was not sold a car, I was sold a dealership." Ninety percent of maintenance was done at that dealership. They let me down near the end though. They misdiagnosed a major repair then they failed to notice a critically needed repair ( a severely rusted cradle engine support) that forced me to sell the car and buy another as soon as possible. I was in northern Wisconsin at the time. They lost out on the repair. If they had caught the repair I may have decided to buy another car from them. The best used car available was a 2016 Toyota Camry LE (a brand change for me). I returned to Milwaukee and when service was needed I simply looked online to see who were the available Toyota dealers. I knew nothing about Andrew Toyota except it was the most conveniently located. I came to the dealer with a critical attitude. Was this going to be a dealer that I could have long term relationship with? I was met by service advisor Cody Wagner. I explained that I was a first time customer. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was genuinely concerned that I get the best service for my vehicle now and for the future. He clarified some misinformation I had received from a dealer in northern Wisconsin. I did not come to get nitrogen for my tires but Andrew Toyota was offering a special I could not refuse. The waiting area was very pleasant. I left Andrew Toyota impressed. More
