He called us to let us know we were coming due for an oil change, got us in when the time worked best for us and then did everything to make sure we had an excellent experience! My husband called the dealership and John took the car right away when the tow truck drop it off at the dealership. He was very helpful, professional, friendly and very approachable. He told us it was a battery that needed to be replaced and honored the price that we found online. He also had my windshields wipers replaced and told us a few other minor issues that my car had. He made us feel at easy and we knew we made the right choice. More

Daniel was expeditious in checking me in and told us about an hour and a half for completing the procedures. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in there very clean and efficient waiting area and was greeted by most Andrew personnel with smiles and friendly "hello's .Waiting are and showroom a very comfortable environment. An hour later Daniel came by and thoroughly explained the completion of the procedures, and he also suggested potential trouble areas to be aware of in the future. A thoughtful,professional,intelligent young man that made the service experience pleasantly informative and successful.Thank you Daniel. Andrew Toyota will be our "go To" service center. Service staff are knowledgeable and care about you and your car. In one particular instance when facing a substantial cost of repair for a part only a little out of warranty my service agent helped me secure a significant savings from Toyota Company which reduced my cost by half. Now that’s going above and beyond. Getting appointments is reasonable and getting in and out in a good time frame is also reasonable. They let me know what might be breaking down on my car with enough time to budget a repair later on. I could go on but suffice to say, Andrew Toyota is the real deal when it comes to service. Haven’t looked elsewhere in 35 years. More
