Great customer service! I arrived a half hour early for an appointment for a service that I schedule for 8:30. I had mistakenly scheduled a service for my rav4 as a drop off I arrived a half hour early for an appointment for a service that I schedule for 8:30. I had mistakenly scheduled a service for my rav4 as a drop off (meaning the service team would work on my car in between other appts) however I meant to schedule it as I would wait at Andrew while it was worked on. I told Mike (the service writer) that I would need to reschedule, as I had other appointments I needed to get to. He informed me that would not be necessary and he would make it work and I could wait inside. Everything was done by 8:38 and I was on my way to my other appointments. Great service!! More

No doubt he's the best service guy I have ever worked with in my 17 years I have been working with Zeljko (Zee) Blagic from Andrew Toyota for 8 years. No doubt he's the best service guy I have ever worked with in my 17 years experience. He's knowledgeable, always professional and friendly. His outstanding service may even affect my future purchase behavior for the next car. Needless to say, other service guys that I know from Andrew Toyota do excellent jog too. Reasonable, Fair, Fast I have gone to what seems like every car service spot in Milwaukee, and would NEVER go anywhere but Andrew Toyota for my service from here on out. Ev I have gone to what seems like every car service spot in Milwaukee, and would NEVER go anywhere but Andrew Toyota for my service from here on out. Every time I would go to the local Midas, Goodyear or "Friend's-buddies guy who knows a guy" store to get service and I would ALWAYS have to make a second appointment due to something else being wrong. Dan and Duane took great care of me and were completely straightforward the whole time. This is what your car needs right now, this is what you could need in the future if you want to pay for it now, this is how long you'll have until you may need another service based off x, y, and z. No pressure to spend extra money, it was amazing. Recommend Andrew Toyota for sales, service and everything else under the hood. More

Friendly and a job well done. Dan checked me in with a smile. I didn’t have an appointment. I had a dead battery. John Ferrigno took it from there. I've been meaning to write a Google Review for Andrew Toyota (specifically Willie) for some time. I've had my vehicles serviced by Andrew Toyota for about fifteen years. Other than the fact that I love my Tacoma (and the previous one before that) I have to say that Willie is my greatest reason for continuing to be a loyal Toyota owner. The man is simply brilliant; he has shared his wisdom on Toyota trucks with me many, many times. He goes miles-out-his-way to give his clients the best and most personable Toyota experience imaginable. After all the years he has become more like a friend and is as honest and trustworthy as the day is long. Willie will tell me when work is required and more importantly when it isn't. Absolutely dependable, he always has the vehicle ready on time, ALWAYS picks up his phone, knows his field inside-out and treats his clients like royalty. Worth his weight in Gold! More
