Wonderful customer service I love going to Andrew Toyota. The have a great shuttle service and if you want to relax or do work inside the dealership there is free wifi, snacks, I love going to Andrew Toyota. Everyone is very professional and I am impressed with all the Andrew Toyota team. Steve Cicero is great; I can tell he wants what is best for the customer and is very polite. He is a great communicator. September, the check-out receptionist, is very sweet and kind. Beginning with Steve and ending with September gave me a wonderful impression of this dealership. I can't imagine any dealership being better. More

Check up/oil change I waited for my car & it took about an hour which was GREAT!!! Now, my car feels & handles INCREDIBLY, so the tune up/ check up obviously was needed & I waited for my car & it took about an hour which was GREAT!!! Not Happy Initially, But Happy Now! Friday, January 25th: I brought my Camry in for routine service. I waited 1.5 hours for it to be completed. After leaving, I discovered my Camry wa Friday, January 25th: I brought my Camry in for routine service. I waited 1.5 hours for it to be completed. After leaving, I discovered my Camry was damaged. The hood will not close completely, and it cannot be opened either. Nobody informed me of the damage. I had to discover it on my own. I must bring my car back so the maintenance department can determine how it can be fixed. I hope that there is a quick solution, and I hope that Andrew Toyota takes responsibility for the damages. Tuesday, January 29th: While I was unhappy with my initial service, Andrew Toyota came through in the end. They were quick to respond to my concerns and quick to schedule a follow up appointment. When I arrived, they gave me immediate attention, and fixed my vehicle within 10 minutes. I appreciate everyone's efforts to rectify this situation. More
