I’ve worked with a few different service people and they weren’t outwardly friendly but they also weren’t rude. They charge for a “diagnostic” even if nothing ends up being wrong. I think, for returning customers that sort of thing should be waived. Returning customers spend a lot of money at your dealership and shop, some things should just be included for customer courtesy. The cashier was the friendliest interaction I had here! More
