This was a little tricky because I'd purchased from another dealer across town, but had always intended to have service at Andrew. He was very gracious about taking over on it, and a very good thing he did, because the temps were way too high and showed signs of burning. Now, a couple of months later, in a surge of freezing weather, I noticed that they seemed very hot when on high setting and I felt perfectly comfortable to go back to Allen and ask for another check - which he again did - and could assure me the temps are fine and no need to be concerned. So I'll just enjoy my toasty seats and feel even greater about Andrew Toyota than I always have! More
