My car had to be towed on a Saturday. I was able to speak with Steve Cicero of Andrew Toyota’s customer service team and he was wonderful: he was accessible by phone, he kept me up to d I was able to speak with Steve Cicero of Andrew Toyota’s customer service team and he was wonderful: he was accessible by phone, he kept me up to date on his service technician’s findings via text, video and phone, he was prompt with an estimate that I could consider and he promptly ordered parts and established an immediate service appointment when I accepted the quote. He addressed my questions in responses that I could understand, not being very technical myself. There was quick turnaround on fixing my car. Although I had to go back the next day to inquire about a new sound I was experienced while driving my car, he got my car in to be seen right away and resolved the issue. He offered a courtesy shuttle home while the follow-up work was being done. I declined and waited with a good book but appreciated the offer of the ride. Steve Cicero was professional and responsive throughout. He is very good at what he does. As a customer, I felt heard and I trust the work that was done. Steve Cicero is a credit to the Andrew Toyota team. More

My vehicle keeps draining the battery, but Andrew's service tells me there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. I've been through 3 batteries in 18 months. Andrew supposedly fixed the problem last time, b service tells me there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. I've been through 3 batteries in 18 months.
