I never received a message from the GM. He may have called from an unknown number but a voicemail was not left. I also sent him an e-mail that went unanswered. We didn't take advantage of your warranty because no one in your dealership could explain what it covered. When we inquired about getting another key, your sales department did try to talk us through how to lie to the warranty company one week after purchase to say we 'lost' our only key and how to file a faulty claim. We didn't do that. We purchased a key.
