So far, I've replaced my battery, not covered, found Rust, being evaluated currently. My cruise dosent work. I keep getting errors on my dash to see the dealer. Not happy. The routine oil/filter/tire rotation service took much longer than expected, due to Andrews discovering a leaky oil pan gasket. This is my first contact with Andrews Toyota. I feel fortunate that Mark was my salesperson. He was very patient with all my questions comparing my current car to what I was looking for. He did NOT push me to the more expensive option. I had many options on my current car that I do not use. He pointed out if I wasn't using them now did, I want to go to the more expensive car with these options. The cars were allocated to Andrews Toyota but had not arrived yet. I wanted a specific color. He brought out the model I was going to purchase (in a different color). He wanted to ensure that I was happy with the cloth seats vs. the leather seats etc. He gave me the opportunity to drive it to make sure I was good with this.
