It was an amazingly easy experience. Brian made it so easy to buy my 2009 Matrix. There was never a time during my visits (I made 2- one for a test drive and the other to buy) did I feel any pressure to easy to buy my 2009 Matrix. Within a few short hours I heard back from Peter that they would sell for the price I wanted. We took care of most paperwork via phone and fax so little was needed on the actual delivery day. When we picked up the new van it had received one of the best prep and cleaning services I've ever seen. Peter expedited us through the delivery process and we were on the way in just over an hour. If I can by cars in this manner in the future, then Andrew Toyota will get my business. Their willingness to work outside of the "traditional" less than comfortable negotiating process is a huge plus. It's worth noting we knew exactly what we wanted and researched pricing in advanvce on kelly blue book.com so that we could make a well informed offer. I found the Prius I was looking for online and worked out the price with Peter Klein before I got there. He was informative, friendly, tried hard to please me, and he answered my questions. He introduced me to Willie in the service department and he too was most helpful. He answered a bunch of my questions. Later when I called back to both of them with more questions they continued to be supportive and helpful. I wished I lived closer so that I could get my car serviced there but I am 100 miles away. If it works out in my schedule however, I will come back for service at Andrews. I had to return to get my XM radio installed and Willie made sure I had a ride with George to the mall so that I could get lunch while I waited. When it was time to return George was there promptly to get me. Overall the experience was fun and stress free. Not what a woman who is buying a car on her own expects but it was a wonderful surprise. More

I live approximately 90 miles from this dealership and none of local dealerships I live near were able to make the same deal for me. Peter Klein was definitely one of the most personable gentlemen I have worked with on an new automobile transaction.
