I am really pleased with my experience with Andrew Toyota. My local dealer told me it was impossible for them to get me the vehicle, a 2008 model, in the color and style I wanted. During the weekend, I searched various Toyota dealerships in the state and found the vehicle I was looking for at Andrew Toyota. So I sent them an email and Peter Klein responded first thing Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, we had a deal and I drove 100 miles to Milwaukee and bought the vehicle. I spoke with Peter Klein by email and phone initially. He was straightforward and earnest, and he immediately matched the price my local dealer was offering on his two models even though the vehicle at Andrew Toyota had more bells and whistles. He made it clear he wanted my business, and he met my price without dickering around. Peter had everything ready for me when I got there Monday night. He was really personable, and knowledgable; he patiently spent a lot of time with my wife and I and walked us through the vehicle showing us how everything operated. When I asked him a relatively obscure question on another model (that I was not buying), he tracked down the answer even though it was not material to the transaction and he could have easily shrugged the question off. He was a real pleasure to deal with. My wife and I are very pleased with our dealings with Andrew Toyota. I definitely would recommend them - even if you do not live in the Milwaukee area. Brian Cayle was open, honest, and up front about everything from the moment I walked into the showroom. My new '09 Corolla is exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and the price could not be beat. Brian was incredibly thorough during the test drive and subsequent review of the pricing, and was expedient in getting all of the financing paperwork going. As the paperwork was processing, he was great in calling me regularly with updates, so I didn't wonder what was going on. I was in the process of moving to Milwaukee when I bought the car, so I was living 90 miles away from the dealership when I bought it. On delivery day, Brian personally came to pick me up at the Milwaukee Amtrak station and drove me to the dealership. Everythign went smoothly from then on, and Brian was great in ensuring that I got everythign from competitive insurance to a service plan. In conclusion, Brian Cayle and everyone at Andrew Toyota provided me with a phenomenal car-buying experience. They took what can be a daunting process and made it easy. My only regret is that a car is such a lasting purchase that I will not have the pleasure of working with them again for quite some time. I called Brian Cayle because I remembered him as the man who looked under my RAV4 to determine if it was safe to drive home after I had been rear ended several months ago. He was at the end of his sales work day, in his white shirt and tie, and still went down on the ground to look under the car so I would feel safe. I told myself to remember him and I did when my car was totalled two months later. Somehow I figured that this particular new car buying experience, which I needed to go well, would do that with someone like Brian. And I was right. Brian was kind, considerate and very helpful. He gave me all of the information that I asked for when I needed it. He offered me a price that was very fair (I did all my research.)
