Although this particular car did did not work out for us, Peter worked with us to identify a new car that worked out much better. He was great!! My husband and I have gotten our cars from this dealership before and it was the first on our list regarding another car purchase. I was able to get quite a bit of information from their website, which is great as you can get a lot of specifics on various models in their inventory. This is a dealership that we trust and it is very customer oriented. We have had positive experiences in the past and this one was very positive and we a great outcome! A great deal on a new car! Peter Klein was a fantastic salesmen. I started emailing him and he always answered very promptly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to negotiate I feel that he made every effort t him and he always answered very promptly and answered any and all questions I had. When it came time to negotiate I feel that he made every effort to make it work for me and I believe that I was able to get a great deal on a great truck. Peter was very accommodating as was the financing department. Peter was not just trying to sell me a vehicle I did not want or afford. He was genuinely concerned about tying to make it affordable for me and really made sure that this was the right vehicle for me. This was my first car buying experience and Peter made a memorable one. I will certainly come back in the future when I need to buy my next vehicle. More

This all started with me being sick home with the flu. I came across the web site for andrew toyota and visited all the cars they had on line. I sent an email off to Mr. Klein and his response was just fantastic. Besides the cars on line they had so many of the seina van I wanted it was great to go and visit to see them. We fell in love with a burgandy '09 and got more than I expected off the price and couldnt turn it down. After a complete detailed go over the van we were off with one hell of a van and it is made in the US with our workers. I am retired and not so spry to jump into some other vans bending my head down so far it hurts. The complete picture of the staff at Andrew Toyota leaves you with some new friends and will look forward to getting the vans work taken care of there also. I was introduced to a service writer named John Ferigno and his manner of confidence leads me to believe here at Andrew is the place to be. More

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from Andrew Toyota. We live in the area, and have had great experience with the service department at Andrew over the years. Mr. James Vallier was our salesperson, and the car demos and negotiations went pretty smoothly. We signed the paperwork on a Thursday, and made plans to pick up our new car after work on a Friday evening. James let us know that Andrew was only open until 6pm that night. No problem...we got out of work early and rushed to the dealership around 5:35pm. The odd thing was that Mr. Vallier wasn't there to deliver the car. One of the other salesmen gave us the keys to our new car, and said "thanks". There was no one there to make sure we understood all the features of the car, and no real personal service to make us feel like it was $20,000 well spent at a great dealership. I'm disappointed at the lack of personal service we received. In all honesty, it seems tacky and unprofessional that a salesperson who sells a car is not present to deliver it. Maybe there was a good reason he couldn't be there...I guess I don't know (we never received a call). I wrote the store manager, Mr. Han, an email explaining the level of service we received, but did not get a response. That's why I decided to post my comments on this website. We will definitely be giving other dealerships a more serious look next time. More

I recently purchased an 09 Camry from Peter Klein @ Andrew Toy. I started my search with Wilde Toy. which happens to be 3 miles from my home. While they(Wilde) gave me a good price on a car they did n Andrew Toy. I started my search with Wilde Toy. which happens to be 3 miles from my home. While they(Wilde) gave me a good price on a car they did not have in stock but said "would be no problem" in locating one. Wilde could not locate one by the deliery date for Toyota's Jan rebate-so I lost out on the $1500. I began an online search and Peter responded very promptly and followed up with a call. After my unpleasant experience at Wilde, I wanted to make sure Andrew had the vehicle in stock. Peter assured me they had it and we set up an appt. He had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived. He is very knowlegible about the vehicle and offered a lot of information. At no time did I feel pressured by him or a manager to sign a deal. We agreed on a price, he made sure the car was detailed to perfection, and gave me detailed instructions on all options and operation of the Camry. He did an exceptional job from start to finish and I will recommend him/this dealer to anyone interested in Toyota. Andrew Toyota happens to be the FARTHEST dealership from my home but so far worth it. Theresa More
Alex WAS CORDIAL and Erich did a good job on the engine tuning job. The trunk release switch was losened when they opened the cabin to check the cabin air filter. I informed them of the problem and it was taken care of for no fee (as it should be). Cabin air filter was okay so they told me no need to change it and saved me $$$$ More
