This all started with me being sick home with the flu. I came across the web site for andrew toyota and visited all the cars they had on line. We fell in love with a burgandy '09 and got more than I expected off the price and couldnt turn it down. After a complete detailed go over the van we were off with one hell of a van and it is made in the US with our workers. I am retired and not so spry to jump into some other vans bending my head down so far it hurts. The complete picture of the staff at Andrew Toyota leaves you with some new friends and will look forward to getting the vans work taken care of there also. I recently purchased an 09 Camry from Peter Klein @ Andrew Toy. I started my search with Wilde Toy. which happens to be 3 miles from my home. While they(Wilde) gave me a good price on a car they did n Andrew Toy. I started my search with Wilde Toy. which happens to be 3 miles from my home. While they(Wilde) gave me a good price on a car they did not have in stock but said "would be no problem" in locating one. Wilde could not locate one by the deliery date for Toyota's Jan rebate-so I lost out on the $1500. I began an online search and Peter responded very promptly and followed up with a call. After my unpleasant experience at Wilde, I wanted to make sure Andrew had the vehicle in stock. Peter assured me they had it and we set up an appt. He had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived. He is very knowlegible about the vehicle and offered a lot of information. At no time did I feel pressured by him or a manager to sign a deal. We agreed on a price, he made sure the car was detailed to perfection, and gave me detailed instructions on all options and operation of the Camry. He did an exceptional job from start to finish and I will recommend him/this dealer to anyone interested in Toyota. Alex WAS CORDIAL and Erich did a good job on the engine tuning job. The trunk release switch was losened when they opened the cabin to check the cabin air filter. I am really pleased with my experience with Andrew Toyota. My local dealer told me it was impossible for them to get me the vehicle, a 2008 model, in the color and style I wanted. During the weekend, I searched various Toyota dealerships in the state and found the vehicle I was looking for at Andrew Toyota. So I sent them an email and Peter Klein responded first thing Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, we had a deal and I drove 100 miles to Milwaukee and bought the vehicle. I spoke with Peter Klein by email and phone initially. He was straightforward and earnest, and he immediately matched the price my local dealer was offering on his two models even though the vehicle at Andrew Toyota had more bells and whistles. He made it clear he wanted my business, and he met my price without dickering around. Peter had everything ready for me when I got there Monday night. He was really personable, and knowledgable; he patiently spent a lot of time with my wife and I and walked us through the vehicle showing us how everything operated. When I asked him a relatively obscure question on another model (that I was not buying), he tracked down the answer even though it was not material to the transaction and he could have easily shrugged the question off. He was a real pleasure to deal with. My wife and I are very pleased with our dealings with Andrew Toyota. I definitely would recommend them - even if you do not live in the Milwaukee area.
