I came into the dealership to look for a vehicle. The weather was snowy, icy and cold, but that did not stop jacquelyn from coming out and showing me several vehicles. What surprised me was that although she knew I was just there to look, she continued to provide assistance. She had such a professional, pleasant demeanor as well as a sense of humor. She was also very patient. What made me comfortable is she was not pushy. We looked at some vehicles on the lot which were out of my price range, she took me to her desk and did a search on her computer of other car's on the lot that may be of interest to me. While sitting at her desk the sales manager came out of no where just to shake my hand and welcomed me to the dealership, which further confirms how friendly the staff is at this particular dealership. Jacquelyn McCrae sent me home with information on the 2010 Rav4. In the meantime she is going to keep searching for a car that fits my price range. I was so impressed with her abilities, I am actually looking forward to seeing and speaking with her shortly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

My sales representative was great. Smiling, joking, easy to talk to. Deal went smooth and predictable. However the financial person that offered me extended waranties and set me up with financing, was ver to talk to. Deal went smooth and predictable. However the financial person that offered me extended waranties and set me up with financing, was very unknowledgable about my specific transaction. Having to print the final documents three times. First the type set was off, understandable. Secondly the finance percentage was wrong, and she put in an extended waranty even though I declined. Was I being fenangled? Were they hoping I wouldn't notice the extra charges? Who can say. The third was correct and I was on my way. The next day I went to pick up the car as it was just pulled off the truck and had all the plastic and stuff on it. There was a knick on the driver's side door and they were more than eager to fix it right away. Overall very satisfied, except for the final docs. More

Worked with my schedule. I'm not a fan of "haggling", so I simply told him what I was willing to pay and why I felt the price was fair. About 5 minutes later everything was settled.
