I went into to test drive a automatic and standard transmission 2010 Toyota Yaris, and was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the service I received at Andrew Toyota. James was especially easy to deal with, and his calm, confidence, and non-intrusive approach was, in the end, one of the main selling points for me. He knows he's good, he is confident in the product he is selling, and didn't try to convince me I wanted anything more than what I asked for. This is an experience I didn't have at any other dealer. I found a used car online that I was really interested in and stopped in to see it. It was new to the lot and was being detailed, but Charles made sure to call me right away as soon as it got back on the lot and stopped in to see it. Thought we had come to an agreement on price, although once the contract was presented it turned out my math skills were seriously flawed. Through no fault of the dealership/sales person, I was in over my head and wouldn't have enough money to buy the car I really wanted. Charles was very understanding and helpful, but I had no other options and was ready to walk and lose the car. I had no choice. But then, Charles and manager came through for me, and went with a price I could afford. I am thrilled with the helpful service I received at Andrew and their willingness to compromise. I felt Charles really understood me and my situation and did what had to be done to ensure that I ended up with a car I love. Without their great service, I wouldn't be looking forward to picking up the first car I've ever bought completely on my own. Would definitely recommend this salesperson and dealer to anyone! More

James takes a very hassle free approach. He is very knowledgeable about the Toyota products, but will not force any specs of information at you in a blatant attempt to “sell” you on it at that point in time. He will answer any question you have and if he does not have the answer immediately he will do everything he can to get the details and will get back to you as soon as possible. He will also communicate with you outside of the dealership with whatever means is most convenient with you during your normal busy worki days (i.e. voicemail, email, etc.). I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla XRS from James and I would for sure work with him on my next future car purchase. More

I came into the dealership to look for a vehicle. The weather was snowy, icy and cold, but that did not stop jacquelyn from coming out and showing me several vehicles. What surprised me was that although she knew I was just there to look, she continued to provide assistance. She had such a professional, pleasant demeanor as well as a sense of humor. She was also very patient. What made me comfortable is she was not pushy. We looked at some vehicles on the lot which were out of my price range, she took me to her desk and did a search on her computer of other car's on the lot that may be of interest to me. While sitting at her desk the sales manager came out of no where just to shake my hand and welcomed me to the dealership, which further confirms how friendly the staff is at this particular dealership. Jacquelyn McCrae sent me home with information on the 2010 Rav4. In the meantime she is going to keep searching for a car that fits my price range. I was so impressed with her abilities, I am actually looking forward to seeing and speaking with her shortly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
