James was very laid back in his approach, but very knowledgeable, very willing to answer any questions, and a good listener. Jared in financing was wonderful in giving me advice regarding financing and helped me pick out an appropriate package. I only rated the experience as a 4 because the first new car I got ended up having a faulty wire and I had to go back the same day to get a different, but identical car. This was a hassle, but it obviously wasn't this dealership's fault and they were wonderful in keeping me updated with what was going on and making sure I was comfortable with the car I ended up with and all of its options. I would 100% go to them with my business again and recommend them to others. More
