Gave the best price up front that other Dealers in Chicago/Milwaukee wouldn't touch (I shopped their quote to others and oth responsive and upfront. They didn't try to sell a bunch of other add-ons I didn't need and worked with my short time deadline to deliever the van I needed. I liked the new Honda but this Dealer won the deal for Toyota.
