Do not buy from Andrew Toyota! A used 4 runner come up for sale on the Andrew website on Wednesday the 29th. On the 30th, I spoke with Anthony H in sales first thing in the morn A used 4 runner come up for sale on the Andrew website on Wednesday the 29th. On the 30th, I spoke with Anthony H in sales first thing in the morning, looked the vehicle over and said I would purchase it. Since it wasn't cleaned, I was not allowed to drive it. I said I would put money down to hold it and was told they couldn't until it was officially available after cleaning, but not to worry, I was first in line in their system. I would have first chance to purchase. On Friday & Monday left a message for Andrew to call and update me. No call back. On Tuesday I called and Anthony said it sold on Monday because it was his day off and then said he thought one of the owners sold it to someone they knew. He couldn't explain why I was skipped over and could not tell me the truth. Trust and truth are 2 things everyone expects for a large $ purchase - so much for trusting Andrew Toyota. What else will they lie to you about? More

They covered the whole cost of the repair including having a Honda dealership finally repairing it. More
