New Tires, Oil Change & Other Service I recently had new tires, oil change and some additional maintenance items including a " voluntary recall" by Toyota done by the Service Team @ Andrew I recently had new tires, oil change and some additional maintenance items including a " voluntary recall" by Toyota done by the Service Team @ Andrew Toyota. John provided different options for tires and provided guidance in helping to choose. Veronica set-up the appointment along with a rental car for me. Timing fit was perfect for my schedule. A few other items turned up during the service visit and those were dealt with immediately. Hello out there auto shoppers. I have to first let you know that I really don't trust any car dealerships at all. Most experiences have been disrespectful and unprofessional. Black or White. I will tell y know that I really don't trust any car dealerships at all. Most experiences have been disrespectful and unprofessional. Black or White. I will tell you, I was totally fed up with Chicago and surrounded dealerships that only knew how to steal money in deals. I have to say, I'm 51 yrs. old, I've been buying my own cars since I was 18. I have to tell you, I've never experienced such professionalism, patience, attentiveness from a salesperson in my entire life of driving. He checked in with me while my vehicle was prepped, he made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of and knowing that I wasn't buying any other vehicle but my Sienna, he let me test drive my dream car. Subaru, STi, with all the bells and whistles. While my in law and I waited patiently, due to the social distancing that Andrew Toyota was practicing, he made sure to check in on me, for anything else. xxxx, Joe Burbach, was such a great salesman, I ended up buying him and my in law lunch. Now, if you're looking for a great deal and fair prices, along with professionalism and attentiveness. You need to shop Andrew Toyota in Wisconsin. I'm 2 hrs away and I have to say, it was well worth the drive, plus on the spot, I had concerns about a discrepancy with the front end and weather stripping on the windshield. Joe made sure he got it fixed, before I even drove off. Joe Burbach, again thank you very much and you've truly earned a Toyota For Life Customer! The Wife and Kids Love the Van. Only complaint I had for that evening was the fact that I got home at 9pm, surprised the Family with the Van and was forced to drive to Kenosha, Wisc. For a Family drive, I'm still recovering. Thanks Andrew Toyota and thanks Joe Burbach. More

Satisfied I just bought a car from Andrew Toyota. The sales experience wasn’t too bad, considering I don’t like dealing with salesmen.
