Not the awesome experience I usually receive. I just want to start out by saying that my previous service from both John Ferrifno and John Endisch are always exceptional and would prefer to only w I just want to start out by saying that my previous service from both John Ferrifno and John Endisch are always exceptional and would prefer to only work with these two guys in the future. Zeljko lacked personality and friendliness. He opened our conversation up as, "just so you know, your wheel alignment is off and it will cost an additional $99". Being in sales and service myself, this is not the way to start a conversation. It put me on the defense...I was already concerned about bringing my car in for service during the Covid virus period. I would have loved it if he had a mask on. Just didn't make me feel comfortable. I did mention that I could do the wheel alignement at 20K service and he's said that would be okay. To be professional, you. can have some personality...everyone else does in the shop. I was not feeling comfortable and he could have just said hi and welcome to start. Seriously it's not asking that much. When I went to pick up my car, they assured me that the car was sanitized inside. I couldn't tell or smell anything. Another thing I requested that was assured to me happened. Lastly my car's engine seams to be a little more louder now than we I brought it in. Normally after on oil change, that doesn't happen. Just not a happy camper. Sorry you guys, you didn't make a home run this time around. More

No Social Distancing I've been a client of Andrew Toyota for years. I was so uncomfortable being in the service area the other day because no personnel working with guest I've been a client of Andrew Toyota for years. I was so uncomfortable being in the service area the other day because no personnel working with guests were wearing masks and social distancing was not enforced. My car "repair light" went off the day following my visit just before I drove to Virginia. I now need to return to the showroom to have that looked at. I've never had a concern with the service at this location before but this makes we question is I will return. Mike More

Charge was 70$ for a oil change, web site said it was 50$. Sales guy asked if I wanted tires rotated, I said yes. When I looked at the receipt there was no charge for rotating the tires.
