Very courteous and helpful checked in let attendant know what I was coming in for also when I went inside I was asked if I wanted any coffee and it was a gentleman that told me the best one and I had a cup what I was coming in for also when I went inside I was asked if I wanted any coffee and it was a gentleman that told me the best one and I had a cup also St my sales person the person that I purchased my 20/20 Chevy track from ask me what I was coming in for and I know that I was having problems with my brakes he went out to the tech to let him also know that and came back in shortly to let me know they drove my car and found nothing wrong but when I drove away afterwards my brakes felt a little differently and I am glad he also stated this is stated that could come back with another appointment if I was having further problems More

Service Manager Sergey was very helpful and informative. I have been coming to this location to have my vehicle serviced for years and was very disappointed to find out that I had a major issue going on wit I have been coming to this location to have my vehicle serviced for years and was very disappointed to find out that I had a major issue going on with my vehicle and was never informed about it. I feel like service technicians should provide the customer about issues that they noticed even if its to pertaining to the service that is being provided on that particular day. More
