This was a better experience this time around when they repaired my brakes. The service gentleman acknowledged my presence and made sure i knew how long it would take. When i picked up my car i noticed t repaired my brakes. The service gentleman acknowledged my presence and made sure i knew how long it would take. When i picked up my car i noticed they left my lock for my tires in my cup holder so when i went to put it in my glove compartment my glove compartment fell open and onto the floor. That was not how it was when i dropped it off so i went back in and asked if they could help me put it back in and he noticed that some spring that should have been there was not. He looked and they didn't have the part there but said he would order it and for me to come back and they would install at no cost to me since they had missed placed the springs. I went in on Friday and he replaced them as he stated he would, so i appreciated him acknowledging that it was their mistake, and he corrected the problem right away. More
