I am a regular customer of Andrew Chevrolet. Most times my experiences are satisfactory. This time it was unsatisfactory. The person porting my car left the paper on the floor and the protective plastic on the seat. Not only that, they did not remove the old sticker from the windshield. They place the new sticker NEXT to the old sticker. So when I got in the car I had two stickers on my windshield. More
Just wanted to leave a review / message for the management team at Andrew, to let them know what an excellent job their employee, Ian provided -- I am not an Andrew customer but stopped by to use t management team at Andrew, to let them know what an excellent job their employee, Ian provided -- I am not an Andrew customer but stopped by to use the EV charging station for a new EV vehicle I recently purchased. Ian saw me unsure of how to use the charger and came outside in the cold and not only helped me out but stayed outside for quite a while answering questions I had about EVs and offering tips / insight on numerous aspects of EVs, charging, etc. Very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help out even for someone who was not an Andrew customer.
