DON'T GIVE UP! 4/01/2019…..I purchased the New Silverado and complained that the rear camera was not working right. I've even reported it to Corporate and they got in contact with Neal in which he (Neal) told Corporate that nothing was wrong. 4/10/20....I communicated to Heather Lecus about this terrible reactions of Andrews of my concerns and as of 5/27/2020 my camera was replaced and is working FINE! It is stated on the work sheet that "back up camera is shorting out!" For more than a Year I have purchased and been driving a New Vehicle with this faulty electrical problem until Heather Lecus intervene. I am satisfied with the camera working BUT NOT HAPPY in the treatment that of having to keep a Faulty Brand New Silverado in my procession. THANK YOU HEATHER IN PRESENTING AND EXCERCING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECIEVE FROM neal NOR THE corporate office! More
